Short introduction
Kutton is a village and a tourist resort in Neelam Valley. It is located about 98 km from Muzaffarabad. Kutton and Jagran Valley are accessible by an
unpaved road. The Jagran Nallah joins river Neelum which is being developed for trout fishing. The road is unpaved, but the attraction itself is worth the ride.
