The Deosai National Park is a high-altitude alpine plain and national park in the Northern Pakistan region of Gilgit-Baltistan. Deosai Plains are situ
ated at an average elevation of 4,114 meters above sea level and considered the second-highest plateaus in the world. The name came about from the folk tale; meaning The Shadow of the Giant.
