This amazingly beautiful palace was built in 1872 by Nawab Adnan Abbasi IV for his wife. The palace is made like an Italian chateau on neoclassical pa
tterns, in times when modernism had just set in in the world. The palace was a property of the Nawabs of then princely state Bahawalpur.
